What you get

Everything between upload and a clean list

Catch-all and role detection

Flag disposable domains, catch-all servers, and role accounts (info@, admin@) before they hurt your sender reputation.

Built for large lists

Upload up to 100,000 emails at once. Validation runs in the background in batches — no timeouts, no waiting around.

CSV, TXT, or paste

Drop in a file or paste addresses directly. VerifyMail finds the email column, strips duplicates, and normalizes casing automatically.

A real API

Validate single addresses or bulk lists programmatically with an API key, rate-limited and scoped to your account.

Results you can filter

Search, sort, and filter by status, then export exactly the segment you need as CSV or Excel.

Status without polling

Get notified the moment a validation job finishes, plus a heads-up before your credit balance runs dry.

The pipeline

Three steps, in order

01

Upload your list

Drag in a CSV or TXT file, or paste addresses directly. VerifyMail detects duplicates and shows you the exact credit cost before anything runs.

02

Validation runs in the background

Each address is checked for syntax, MX records, mailbox existence, and disposable/role/catch-all signals — in batches, so 100,000 emails does not mean 100,000 seconds of waiting.

03

Download the clean list

Filter by status, review the summary, and export valid addresses as CSV or Excel — ready to load straight into your sending platform.

Pricing

Teams sending real volume

We cut our bounce rate from 9% to under 1% on the first send after cleaning our list. Sender reputation recovered within two weeks.

The API is the whole reason we switched — we validate on signup now instead of finding out three months later that a third of our list bounces.

Uploaded 80,000 old subscriber emails expecting it to hang or time out. It just ran in the background and emailed us when it was done.

Questions

Frequently asked

One credit is spent per email address that gets validated — regardless of the result. If an email comes back invalid, that still consumed one credit, since the check itself was performed. The one exception: if a validation job fails due to a provider-side error on our end, unused credits for that batch are refunded automatically.

No. Credits you purchase stay on your account indefinitely — there’s no monthly reset or use-it-or-lose-it clock.

CSV and TXT files, or you can paste addresses directly into the app. We auto-detect the email column in CSVs (looking for headers like "email", "Email", or "e-mail"), strip duplicates, trim whitespace, and lowercase everything before validation starts.

Up to 100,000 emails per upload. Larger lists are processed in batches in the background, so there’s no request timeout to worry about — you’ll get a notification when the job finishes.

Yes. Generate an API key from your account and validate single addresses or bulk lists programmatically. API usage draws from the same credit balance as dashboard uploads.

Valid, Invalid, Disposable, Role account, Catch-all, Unknown, Mailbox full, Disabled mailbox, and Syntax error — each with the specific reason, so you know why an address was flagged, not just that it was.
